JaymeLynn was born in Virginia and raised in NC and currently lives in FL.

JaymeLynn became interested in music back around 1966 when she sang at an overseas school talent show. The song she sang was Who wants to buy this Diamond Ring. After her family moved back to the states, she then became involved in a class radio show. Once JaymeLynn got into high school, she then got involved in the school's chorus.

The next phase in JaymeLynn's life after she moved down to Gulfport, MS and working at a military insulation. A friend of JaymeLynn's let her know that some music producer wanted to record and do a video. So JaymeLynn took a trip up to Nashville and cut her first original single Down To My Last Fall with Robchris Music Group to where she also did an original first video to the song. After doing the song and video, she then realized it wasnt her time to get someone to discover her, so she went back to Gulfport.

Months go by and a friend of JaymeLynn's told her about talent scouts coming to Gulfport to look for some talent to perform at a Nashville Talent Competition at the circle at the Grand Ole Opry, so she went and audition. The song she sang for the audition was Vince Gill's I cant tell you why.

So once again, JaymeLynn packed her bags and headed back to Nashville to compete in that Talent Competition. Once again, the song that JaymeLynn picked was Vince Gill's song I cant tell you why.

JaymeLynn got disappointed that she didnt get picked to continue on to the next phase, so one more time it wasnt my time for a band or music producer to discover her, so she packed her bags and went back to Gulfport.

Months went by and Michaels got a call from a Michael Radford of A.M. I Records and asked her to come back to Nashville and record a few songs for him, which she did, but in the meantime, Michaels moved to Nashville to pursue her music career. And there her and Michael Radford recorded 2 original songs of Do you Remember and The Will of the Wind, which is also on her instagram and youtube.

JaymeLynn worked at a furniture store in Goodlettsville during the day and sing at night clubs at night.

Michaels also sang at a Coda Talent show in Hendersonville and placed 2nd.

After being in Nashville for a couple of years and nothing was coming out of it from her music, like a band and producer, she decided that she needed to a fresh start and move down to FL with hopes of something there. So she moved. to Fl.

After living in FL for a few years, Michaels decided it was time to get back into the music sense of performing at Karaoke bars with hopes that someone would discover her like a songwriter, a band, a producer and a manager.

In January 2019, the TV show The Voice was coming to Loan Depot Park in Miami and decided that she would audition for the show with hopes of making it to the next phase. Once again she sang a Vince Gill song not realizing she has to sing his song acapella. Once again, Michaels got disappointed that she didnt make it to the next phase, and once again that didnt stop Michaels from continuing.

Now as of today, JaymeLynn does have a songwriter who is a friend of hers living in Virginia and a music producer. They both have faith in Michaels getting her dream come true of one day opening up for her favorite singer Vince Gill.
